Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the application
“LSA Integration – Dashboards” (the “Integration”) is a private application on the Zapier Platform that connects authorized Google Local Services Ads accounts to Zapier workflows. It can search recent LSA leads, submit positive or negative lead feedback, and retrieve the advertiser ID. It is a private business tool, not a public service, and is not open to public registration.
2. Authorized use
The Integration may be used only by the integration administrator and by personnel of businesses that have authorized it for their own Google Local Services Ads accounts. You may not use it to access accounts you are not permitted to access, to submit inaccurate or bad-faith lead feedback, or in any way that breaches law or Google's policies.
3. Google account permissions
Use requires a valid Google account that holds the permissions needed for the requested Google Ads / Local Services Ads operations, and that has explicitly granted access via Google's OAuth consent screen. What the Integration can do is limited by those permissions. Access can be revoked at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Compliance with Google policies
Use of the Integration must comply with applicable Google terms and policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy, the Google Ads API terms, and Local Services Ads program policies. Google may change or restrict API access at any time.
5. Third-party dependencies
The Integration depends on third-party services, including Google's APIs, Zapier, and any downstream systems the operator connects. Their availability, terms, and changes are outside the operator's control.
6. Availability and limitations
The Integration is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It may be interrupted, limited, or discontinued, including because of changes to Google's APIs, quotas, credentials, or Zapier's platform. [CONFIRM: any service commitments or support terms in your separate client agreements; none are created by this page.]
7. Data ownership and responsibility
Lead and account data belongs to the authorizing business and its customers or to Google, as applicable; the Integration does not claim ownership of it. The authorizing business is responsible for having the right to access and process that data, for the accuracy of feedback it submits, and for how it uses data once it leaves the Integration. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to functionality or these terms
Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. These terms may be updated by revising this page; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
[CONFIRM: governing law and venue — or delete this section. None has been assumed.]
